Plan your week

Tell us your dates, the size of your party, and roughly what you'd like to do — we'll come back with the boats that fit and a few thoughts on the itinerary.

Every enquiry is read by our local team, usually within a day.

Tell us about your trip

No pressure — even rough dates and a party size are enough to get a useful answer. We'll suggest two or three boats and outline what a typical week looks like for a group like yours.

We typically reply within 24 hours, often faster. From the dock, sometimes a day or two — boats first.

At the dock at Conch Inn

Sheltered inside the Marsh Harbour Boatyard basin, fifteen minutes by taxi from Marsh Harbour International (MHH). The dock is one short walk from groceries, two slips from a cold beer at the Conch Crawl.

If you're flying in for a charter, the team will meet you at the boat. If you're visiting Abaco and want to swing by, we're easy to find — ask anyone at the marina for AbacoSail.

You'll be writing to the team

Every enquiry is answered by our experienced local team at Conch Inn — not a booking platform, not a call centre. We know each boat in the fleet personally because we sail her, maintain her, and hand her over every week.

That means a slightly slower response when the wind is up and we're on the water, and a much more useful one when we're back at the dock.

A few quick answers

How far in advance should I book?

Holiday weeks (Christmas, New Year, Easter, US spring break) tend to fill 9–12 months out. The rest of the high season — November through April — we can usually accommodate at 3–6 months. Shoulder season is more flexible.

Do I need a sailing licence for bareboat?

We ask for a sailing résumé and previous charter experience rather than a specific licence. ASA 104 or RYA Day Skipper is a good baseline; a quiet hour with the captain on day one bridges the rest.

Can I see the boat before booking?

Yes — if you're in Abaco, drop by the marina. If not, we'll set up a video call from aboard and walk you around the boat ourselves. Better than a brochure.

What about hurricane season?

We close for charter from late August through mid-October. June, July and early August are sailable with attention to the forecast, and prices reflect the season.

What's included?

Provisioning, fuel, dinghy and outboard, snorkel gear, paddleboards on most boats, and a thorough check-in briefing. We'll send a full kit list when you book.

Can you arrange a chef or hostess?

Yes — for skippered weeks we can add a hostess/chef to provision and cook aboard. Crewed charter (captain + hostess) is launching for the 2026/27 season.
